The library at Union College is home to an archival collection of books, periodicals, audiovisual materials, photographs, artifacts, and manuscript collections related to the history of Union College and the College View community. The photographs selected for inclusion in Nebraska Memories include early scenes of the Union College campus and downtown College View. The college, which held its first classes on September 30, 1891, built the first buildings in the area then outside of Lincoln, Nebraska, with College View later building up around it.
Union College provides access to these materials for educational and research purposes, and for personal enjoyment. Permission to reproduce these images in any form for other than personal individual use must be obtained in writing from the Union College Library. Please contact us for more information about digital imaging use.
